Primary care is based on deep physician-patient relationships that requires time and focus. The fee for service payment model, administrative burden and EHRs have driven burnout and eroded these relationships and the scope and effectiveness of primary care.
Physicians no longer accept the status quo or the promises that technology will save them time and effort. They want innovators to work directly with them to assure solutions will actually relieve their burdens and optimize their primary care experience.
The Labs partner innovators with frontline primary care physicians to evaluate promising innovations in practice. The Labs develop proof points and a collective voice on what actually is adoptable and impactful.
